Delivery Costs
We offer FREE delivery to all UK postcodes on orders over £25 (excluding delivery cost). Orders under £25, will start from £1 post and packing charge up to £2.80 (UK Standard Delivery on Large Letters), depending on weight up to 750g or £2 up to £4.20 (UK 2nd Class signed for). Some items will class as a Small Parcel as to thick to go as a large letter which will start from £3 (2nd Class Standard Small Parcel) or from £3.60 (2nd Class Signed for small Parcel) size 45cm Long, 35cm wide and 16cm thick (UK ONLY). If your order goes over the weight or size then we will contact you with a price.
All products that are 12" x 12" unfortunately will come under a Small Parcel as item to big to go through letter box, which is out of my control.
(If you use Standard postage and your parcel goes missing we CRAFTY JACKS UK are not liable). We do recommend you to use Signed for postage (Delivery)
We do deliver outside of the UK, we will contact you to discuss price or you can email for a price before ordering.
Please note that we are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left us.. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Placing an order on our site from overseas is subject to our acceptance. Shipping policies are subject to change without notice.
Delivery Schedule
Orders are normally dispatched within 24hours, (may vary in busy periods) and are sent by Royal Mail Second Class Standard, First or Second class signed for (your choice), delivery time is 2-3 working days. Overseas orders are sent via Royal Mail Air Mail, delivery time 3-7 working days depending on delivery country.
Please note that Royal Mail do not accept requests to leave packages with neighbours etc. We obtain proof of purchase for all orders dispatched, please allow 10 working days before contacting us by email in the event of a package not arriving.
Returns Policy
In the rare event of faulty goods being received, these must be returned within 14 days of receipt. We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us, in this event you must obtain compensation from the postal service involved. We recommend goods are returned by Recorded Delivery to ensure signed receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights. Packages leave Crafty Jacks UK in perfect condition, claims for damage to goods whilst in transit must be made to the carrier responsible - we recommend your taking a photograph of any damage to assist your claim.
By Law Policy
By law, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within 14 working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you.
How to Cancel
To cancel your purchase during the 14 day cooling off period, please return the goods with the invoice that accompanies your items, giving the reason for the return as "contract cancellation". Please pack any unopened item securely. The goods should be back at Crafty Jacks UK within 17 working days of you receiving your order, we will calculate this as 20 working days from the date we posted the package to you. Any postage costs incurred in the return of unwanted goods is the customer's responsibility.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery or another insured service as we cannot reimburse your account without receiving the items back first, in perfect condition.
Once the items have been returned and checked, only then will we credit your account. We will refund the purchase price of the returned item (excluding delivery charges) within 30 days of cancellation.
